Human Leverage Group

Building the infrastructure
for human contribution
in the age of AI.

A people strategy IP and brand holding company. We develop frameworks, assessment instruments, and products that help organizations and individuals understand where human effort creates irreplaceable value.

Theory into practice. At scale.

Human Leverage Group is the IP owner and contract entity for a family of people strategy brands built around a single thesis: as AI absorbs execution, ideation becomes the scarcest form of human contribution. Most organizations are structured around the work AI eliminates fastest. We build the frameworks and technology that make that imbalance visible — and give leaders and individuals the tools to act on it.

At the core of the Group is LeverageOS — our proprietary technology layer that translates the Human Advantage Framework from academic theory into operational practice. LeverageOS powers assessment delivery, score computation, team composition analysis, and executive metric generation across both brands. It is the engine that turns a research-backed framework into a product that organizations and individuals can use in real time.

The Group develops proprietary assessment methodology, organizational diagnostic frameworks, and consumer-facing career products. It licenses intellectual property, holds brand assets, and acts as the contracting entity for enterprise engagements. It is not a consumer-facing business; its products operate under distinct brand identities with audiences and aesthetics appropriate to each.

Two brands. One framework.

B2B — Corporate

Human Advantage

The organizational product. Human Advantage helps HR leaders, executives, and team managers measure how human effort is actually allocated across their teams, identify where AI exposure is highest, and develop the workforce composition required to maintain a durable competitive advantage. Delivered through workshops, diagnostic assessments, and an executive metrics dashboard built on the Human Advantage Framework.

Consumer — Individual

What I Bring

The individual product. What I Bring helps professionals understand, articulate, and communicate their contribution profile in a world where execution is increasingly automated. A free Work Allocation Index profile, a shareable personal card, and a matching layer that surfaces roles aligned to how someone actually works — not just what they have done.

The Human Advantage Framework

The proprietary methodology underlying both brands. A practitioner framework for measuring how human contribution is deployed — and where it remains irreplaceable as AI absorbs execution.

Work Allocation Index — WAI

Each individual allocates 100 points across three levers, anchored to their current development plan. Three inputs — self-assessment, manager current reality, manager strategic vision — generate three diagnostic signals: Perception Gap, Development Gap, and Alignment Gap.

Ideator

Proactive, open-ended, curiosity-driven. Works upstream — defining problems, generating approaches, challenging framing before solutions are attempted.

Highest AI premium — AI cannot originate from a blank canvas.

Executor

Converts defined solutions into delivered outcomes. High-throughput, scope-clear delivery against established objectives.

Highest AI exposure — increasingly augmented and compressed.

Troubleshooter

Reactive, scoped, pressure-tested. Resolves defined problems within constraints. Complexity determines durability.

Partial exposure — complex troubleshooting retains full premium.

These are the three levers — not personality types. A person's profile is derived from how they allocate effort across the levers, not from self-identification.
